The 2022,  3rd ANNUAL "WALKING WARRIORS" VIRTUAL 5K BRAIN HEMORRHAGE WALK/FUN/RUN Fundraiser is hosted by The Sia Yorker Brain Awareness Scholarship Foundation, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to honoring the late Sia Christine Yorker's legacy. Sia, who was accepted to the University of Florida Gainesville, Florida during her third year of college at the age of 19, died on June 21st, 2011 due to a Sudden Acute Brain Hemorrhage. Sia focused on education advancement through health and fitness events, as well as community outreach.

The 3rd Annual New Jersey "WALKING WARRIORS" 5K BRAIN HEMORRHAGE WALK/RUN RACE will take place at 11.a.m.,  Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Liberty State Park, 200 Morris Pesin Drive, (Jersey City, NJ 07305).
